How to understand the young generation and what it means for your organization. Karina Besprosvan is a communications and media expert and specialist in consumer insight, brands and product development; with extensive experience working in multicultural settings and a variety of industries, with a focus on the United States and Latin America market. She has written over 50 papers and studies and has served as a guest speaker at over 100 industry events worldwide. She is also a co-author and editor of a variety of publications. her last piece of research, and part of her book is called #GenZRuleZ After working for 12 years with OmnicomMediaGroup, serving Fortune 500 companies, Karina now works in the Home Publishing Associations group as a Community engagement and digital content executive (innovating in new products and content for the digital world). Starting in 2009, Karina serves as Esomar's Representative. Since 2010, she has also been serving as a member of the I-COM International Congress Board, a global event on digital analytics. She has also been a mentor at MAIP and WIRE since 2014 and 2018, respectively. She has university studies in Marketing, Advertising and Sociology, in Argentina. A Diploma in Business Planning from the University of Westminster, London. A Master in consumer behavior from the UAI University of Chile. Innovation Center Lab and Market Hack certificates from Idea Center, in MDC, Miami. And more recently, a certificate in from Singularity University in exponential thinking and transformation. She is also an ambassador of the OpenExO community and a certified coach/trainer and speaker. She has been volunteering lately – due to Covid - to many organizations helping people, startups, and organizations to reset and reinvent their selves and their business.
